How do I register?
The information contained in this application will be kept confidential and will be disclosed only to those who have a genuine need to carry out their responsibilities for/at UndergroundZone Ministries or as required by law. Any specific questions may be discussed with the Director of Media and Education.
- Fill out registration form COMPLETELY, including the signature of a parent or guardian. Failure to fill out the registration form in its entirety could delay its processing.
- Indicate your first and second preferences.
- Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first serve, basis. Camp space is limited.
- A $100 deposit fee must accompany each participant registration. If cancellation is necessary, at any point up to 14 days prior to the start of the camp, all but the $50 nonrefundable portion of the deposit will be returned.
Cancellation less than 14 days will result in the forfeiture of the full $100 deposit. Any balance paid exceeding these charges will be returned.
- For all camps, the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the camp date.
- It is our desire that no one misses out on the opportunity to attend camp due to financial means. Based on scholarship donations received, financial aid may be available to those who qualify.
- For those who are attending the overnight camp at King’s Domain, transportation will be available on Sunday afternoon from Dayton International Airport.
- Cost for all local camps taking place in Florence or at the Underground is $399. If registration is received before April 15, a $50 discount will be applied.
- The King’s Domain camp taking place in Lebanon, Ohio, is an overnight camp, including room and board. The cost is $649. A $50 discount is available for registration prior to April 15. Campers are required to fill out an additional health form to attend King’s Domain Camp.

- On-line, mailed or faxed registrations WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION LETTER.
