The Purpose

Media is neither negative nor positive. It is how we use it and which message we choose to communicate. Christians working professionally in Hollywood have put out a call. They are asking for young people to come to Hollywood to make a difference. We have an opportunity to develop and train a new generation of Christians who are called to work in the mainstream entertainment industry as "media missionaries".

The challenge is to build new training centers to develop future media missionaries who will answer the call. Zone Academy of Media Arts (ZAMA), based in Cincinnati, OH, will help fulfill this need.

The Zone Academy of Media Arts core purpose is to train, equip, and send out passionate and skilled future film and video professionals as media missionaries. Students will be instructed in a curriculum designed to be hands-on and interactive, offering a critical place for knowledge, experience and confidence.
